Military Dogs: A Beautiful Companionship

Nov 30, 2017

The service dogs in the military are just as committed to serving their country as the men and women of the Armed Forces are. The military has utilized dogs to help fight the enemy since World War I. Dogs have evolved to become veterans themselves and they play a distinct role in the lives of […]

EOD: A Serious Position That Needs Improvement

Nov 29, 2017

One of the hardest and most dangerous jobs in the military is EOD. It doesn’t matter whether it’s Army, Navy, or Air Force, they’re each, by far, both mentally and physically challenging. I’ve spent 16 great years in the military and all 16 of those have been on an EOD team. And I wouldn’t change […]

Should You Go to College or Join the Military?

Nov 27, 2017

Why I Want to Be Part of the Military Police

Nov 23, 2017

16How to Prepare for Basic Training

How to Prepare for Basic Training

Nov 22, 2017

One of the most important things related to basic training is actually being prepared for basic training. That doesn’t mean having your priorities straight, although that is definitely a plus. It’s also not making peace with whatever demons you have in your closet before heading out. It means being in shape. One of the worst […]

Military Recruiters Have the Hardest Job in the Armed Forces

Nov 21, 2017

For many, it will probably amaze you when I tell you what the hardest job in the military is. It’s true that the military has many professions that are extremely difficult. Even just completing the schools that are required to call yourself a specific profession is both physically and mentally demanding. These schools include Navy […]

18Military Living: A Life without Necessities

Military Living: A Life without Necessities

Nov 20, 2017

Anybody who has spent a good amount of time in the military knows that members of the Armed Forces live a life without necessities. I’ve spent over 16 years in the military and I’ve lived, slept, and trained in some of the harshest conditions in the world. For those in the National Guard, you’ve endured […]
